    Audio/VedaBase department The Hindi and Bengali translations are ongoing. 10,500 new additional records have been added. So far we've reached March 1976, going backwards from 1977. This is a massive undertaking which requires much time and keen attention. Additional English corrections are being made as well. Also, many previously marked 'indistinct' are recovered, plus mis-hearings, misspellings, etc. It is anticipated that the entire collection will conclude in a few years' time. Plans are to print them as hardbound book-sets of approx. 25 volumes with 1,000 pages each using acid-free paper. Many hundreds of Black & White photos will be added as well. DOCUMENTS The continued scanning of correspondence from A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami for years 1974- 1975. This scanning was done at hi resolution in the archival file type TIFF. A spreadsheet has also been created of MetaData for each document. A reshuffle and refiling of documents into more refined categories was completed. This was a large but much needed operation. Photo Completed the Prabhupada 35mm color neg scanning. Continued the 4x5 drum scanning from the lent collection. Fulfilled 60 requests for images including for books and festivals displays Audio With the final transfer of audio analog to digital from 1966- 1977 complete. There have been a few new recordings that have come to light that have been added. Also, the continuation of fidelity checking of the Philosophy recording is ongoing for placing in the VedaBase After an in depth search for misplace Reel to Reels. 47 were found and put in their proper place.
