    The Organization is a Federally Qualified Health Center as designated by the federal Health Resource Services Administration (HRSA), and receives various grants, contracts, and donations from private and governmental agencies in order to operate community health clinics that provide health services in Glendale, California, and surrounding communities. The Organization receives approximately 94,000 patient visits per year.The Organization operates fourteen locations. The Organization maintains nine primary care clinics in California: in Glendale, Burbank, Sunland, and North Hollywood; and three primary care clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Organization also maintains one pediatric clinics and one mental health services facility in Glendale, California. The Organization operates an adult day healthcare center with the medical clinic in Sunland.
