During the tax year, $4,296,420 was collected in rents, $2,859,771 was paid out in expenses, exclusive of depreciation of the property and net book value of retired and abandoned assets, $2,136,683 was paid out for improvements to the property. $470,000 was remitted from Ben B and Joyce E Eisenberg Foundation during this year.
