Flood mitigation - Funds donated to address April 2018 flood event efforts and the Implementation and Distribution of Sub-Grants for North Shore Watershed Flood Mitigation for the County of Kaua'i. Hale Halawai 'Ohana O Hanalei was selected through an RFP process, to manage the implementation and financial distribution of $7,285,000 for North Shore Watershed Flood Mitigation Sub-grants. Facility - Building and grounds maintenance and rental fees allowing Hale Halawai 'Ohana O Hanalei to continue to serve the north shore community from Anahola to Ha'ena as a community center.
