This included the Multiplication Readiness Assessment an online tool that evaluates eight areas of church and pastoral readiness; a live strategy workshop that guides leadership teams to clarify their church planting vision and approach; and the publication of The Antioch Way a 140-page resource designed to inspire and instruct leaders in calling equipping and sending church planters.

  • Leadership Development Cohorts

  • South Florida Multiplication Research

    South Florida Multiplication Research & Report: Multiply Project designed and conducted a comprehensive research initiative across Miami-Dade Broward and Palm Beach counties. The project included demographic and statistical analysis two distinct surveys for church planters and pastors and interviews with 20 multiplication leaders. Findings were compiled into a written report and shared through a verbal presentation with 15 key leaders to inform future church planting efforts in the region.
