  • The Human Potential L.A.B.

    Program 1: The Human Potential L.A.B. advances and applies scientific knowledge to strengthen understanding of human capability and support effective learning and development practices. Through three integrated areas of work, the Lab: (1) improves public understanding of research on human growth and learning; (2) supports the use of this research by organizations, agencies, and partners through scientific guidance; and (3) assists teams developing practical tools and approaches grounded in learning and development science. Together, these activities promote learning, well-being, and expanded opportunities for young people.

  • National Communications Effort

    Program 2: In 2024, the Human Potential L.A.B. partnered with Learning Heroes through a Global Impact subgrant to design and launch a national communications effort that shared research on learning and development with families and educators. The project incorporated scientific insights on connection, motivation, and learning into Learning Heroes' engagement tools and distributed these materials through schools, family networks, and digital platforms in multiple states.
