COR UTILIZED CORSC CORPORATE ENTITY TO FACILITATE A NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT ("NMTC") TRANSACTION FOR THE TRANSFORMATION CENTER PROJECT. IN OCTOBER 2024, COR TRANSFERRED ASSETS TO CORSC. CORSC IS A SUPPORT CORPORATION UNDER SECTION 509A OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE ("IRC").
