The Oaks Academy is incorporated under the Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988 exclusively for charitable religious and educational purposes as defined in Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code including without limitation for the following purposes: To provide an excellent Christian classically-minded education through academic core classes elective classes and recreational and community activities; to receive gifts contributions and grants of money or property from individuals and private organizations and to apply pay over or disburse those gifts contributions and grants or their proceeds for the benefit of the students and staff of The Oaks Academy with this objective to be furthered by funding assisting or undertaking programs and activities designed to strengthen the services organization performance competence and professionalism of The Oaks Academy and its staff and students.
