THAT RELATIONSHIP HELPS PARTICIPANTS IDENTIFY AND OVERCOME BARRIERS, ACCESS PROGRAMS WITHIN BEST PRACTICES IN YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, WORKFORCE READINESS, AND ACADEMICS, AND TO ACHIEVE THE GOALS OF HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION, A COLLEGE DEGREE AND/OR VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATION AND REWARDING POST-EDUCATION EMPLOYMENT.
