INTERNATIONAL DISCIPLES FOUNDATION (IDF), a Texas nonprofit corporation, is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, religious and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the Code). Within the scope of the foregoing purposes, IDF will operate a Christ-centered ministry focused upon international students attending universities, colleges and schools in Dallas, Texas and throughout the North Texas area. In furtherance of these purposes IDF will offer a variety of programs to serve the religious and physical needs of foreign students including programs offering hospitality, counseling, and spiritual and educational guidance and support. To achieve its purposes IDF shall associate with churches and organizations in The United Methodist Church, and other churches and organizations when appropriate.
