SPS IS ECONOMICALLY DEPENDENT ON STATE AND FEDERAL FUNDING. THE CHARTERS MAY BE REVOKED BY THEIR AUTHORIZERS FOR MATERIAL VIOLATIONS OF THE CHARTER, FAILURE TO MEET PUPIL OUTCOMES IDENTIFIED IN THE CHARTER, FAILURE TO MEET GENERALLY ACCEPTED STANDARDS OF FISCAL MANAGEMENT, OR VIOLATION OF ANY PROVISION OF THE LAW.
