The plan is a health and welfare plan which was established for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing medicare supplemental insurance with an optional mail order prescription drug feature for a closed group of Honeywell international inc. post-65 retirees and their eligible dependents. The plan is funded by contributions from participants.
