GILMAN SEEKS TO PRODUCE MEN OF CHARACTER AND INTEGRITY WHO HAVE THE SKILLS AND ABILITY TO MAKE A POSITIVE CONTRIBUTION TO THE COMMUNITIES IN WHICH THEY LIVE AND WORK.
