The Center for Adoption Support and Education Inc (C.A.S.E.) is a nonprofit organization focused on adoption, education, and addiction services, providing pre- and post-permanency counseling and education to foster, kinship, and adoptive families, as well as educators and mental health providers in Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
