The Center for Adoption Support and Education Inc. (C.A.S.E.) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing pre- and post-permanency counseling and education services to foster, kinship, and adoptive families, educators, child welfare staff, and mental health providers in Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington, D.C. With an operating budget of $11.8 million, C.A.S.E. combines best practices and innovation to offer specialized therapy, training, and resources aimed at supporting permanency for children and promoting healthy family development. The organization does not rely on a single funder for 50% or more of its revenue.
