BY BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH DIVERSE INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS THROUGHOUT THE STATE, THE ORGANIZATION STRIVES TO GET THEM TO WORK TOGETHER, DEMOCRATICALLY AND NON-VIOLENTLY, FOR CHANGE.
