SPONSOR AND/OR FACILITATE NEW AND EXCITING TOURING COMPANIES IN WEST VIRGINIA; AND 4. BECOME A TRULY MULTI-CULTURAL THEATRE COMPANY THROUGH AN AGGRESSIVE POLICY OF OPEN CASTING AND INVOLVEMENT OF MINORITY ARTISTS.
