RECOGNIZING THE VULNERABILITY OF SINGLE-SOURCE FUNDING DEPENDENCY, LEADERSHIP IMPLEMENTED STRATEGIC FINANCIAL DIVERSIFICATION THROUGH PROGRAM EXPANSION. BY 2022, THE ORGANIZATION HAD SUCCESSFULLY REDUCED ITS FEDERAL FUNDING DEPENDENCY FROM 100% TO APPROXIMATELY 60%.
