TO PROVIDE REALISTIC WORK EXPERIENCE TO SENTENCED, ADULT OFFENDERS RESIDING WITHIN MISSISSIPPI STATE CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS BY PROVIDING EMPLOYMENT SKILLS TO SUPPORT ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY UPON RELEASE, REDUCE RECIDIVISM, AND REDUCE OVERALL COSTS OF GOVERNMENT.
