WE EMPOWER ALL RUTLAND COUNTY YOUTH TO FEEL COMFORTABLE FULLY EXPRESSING WHO THEY ARE AND WHAT THEY NEED AND WORK WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THROUGHOUT RUTLAND COUNTY TO SUPPORT OUR YOUTH AND BUILD OUR COMMUNITY.
