The organization was formed for the purpose of poverty alleviation in rural communities of developing countries through initiatives in education, health, and hygiene, and entrepreneurship, as well as any other lawful purpose. The services provided through the organization are primarily in Honduras; however, as the organization continues to grow, the goal is to expand to other countries in Central America. The organization is organized exclusively for charitable, literary, educational, and religious purposes, including the making of qualifying distributions for exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3).
