SOME PFL GRADUATES COMPLETE FURTHER TRAINING TO BECOME SERVICE ANIMALS FOR MILITARY VETERANS SUFFERING FROM PTSD. THE PFL PROGRAM ENRICHES THE LIVES OF THE INMATES AND DOGS ALIKE. BY LOWERING EUTHANASIA RATES AND PREPARING DOGS FOR SERVICE JOBS, PFL IS PROVING THAT EVERYONE DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE.
