This corporation is a Religious Corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Religious Corporation Law exclusively for religious purposes.The specific purpose for which the corporation is initially organized is to be a faith-based community development organization serving our local community as well as foreign communities by engaging in a broad range of strategies that promote community health, education, and development and to also engage in activities which are necessary, suitable or convenient for the accomplishment of that purpose, or which are incidental thereto or connected therewith which are consistent with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue.
