THE FOUNDATION IS A NONPROFIT CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION ASSOCIATED WITH EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY. ITS MISSION IS TO PROVIDE PRIVATE FUNDING FOR THOSE PROGRAMS AND SCHOLARSHIPS NOT COVERED BY STATE APPROPRIATIONS, AND TO BUILD ACCEPTANCE AND SUPPORT FOR THE UNIVERSITY.
