The Charity is a non-partisan organization that will mobilize its members, which arecomprised of like-minded organizations and individuals, to financially support the efforts of programs that aid vulnerable children, cultivate awareness and solutions, and address global challenges affecting vulnerable children today. To accomplish its purposes, the Charity will organize a coalition of people and groups and conduct largescale fundraising initiatives, including through the hosting of benefit concerts, global awareness campaigns, and other events. Through the Charitys efforts, it will raise funds to support initiatives that assist vulnerablechildren and educate the public on issues of importance to vulnerable children worldwide.
