Mission Statement
TO ACQUIRE, RENOVATE AND PRESERVE THE LAND AND THE FACILITIES OF THE FORMER NAVAL TRAINING CENTER ("NTC"), DESIGNATED AS THE "HISTORIC ARTS AND CULTURE DISTRICT". GENERAL PURPOSES OF THE FOUNDATION ARE TO OPERATE THE ARTS AND CULTURE DISTRICT AND DEVELOP PROGRAMS THAT PIONEER THE IMAGINATIVE USE OF THE ARTS AND CULTURE DISTRICT PRESERVING THE DIVERSE CULTURE OF THE SAN DIEGO REGION.
