The Corporation was formed to support the activities of the new system following the affiliation and was organized under the laws of Ohio to support the Coalition for the Common Good (the "Parent"), Otterbein University, and other organizations that are controlled by the Parent and exempt from federal income taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code and classified as other than private foundations under Section 509(a)(1) or Section 509(a)(2) of the Code (the "Supported Organizations").
