Shared Services for Supported Organizations
The Corporation will spend 100% of its time providing administrative and back-office services to the Supported Organizations pursuant to a Shared Services Agreement between the Corporation, the Parent, and Otterbein University. Specifically, it is anticipated that the Corporation will initially spend 40% of its time providing information technology services, 30% providing human resources services, and 30% providing accounting/financial services, including accounts payable and procurement support. In connection with its information technology services, the Corporation plans to support the common learning management system of its Supported Organizations, in addition to operating a universal ticketing system through HelpDesk, and providing network systems support. In addition, the Corporation expects to consolidate purchasing services among the Supported Organizations, including purchasing office supplies and insurance policies and locating travel vendors. Each of these services will be housed within the Corporation, and as the Corporation begins to offer such services, employees of one or both Antioch University and Otterbein University that have historically performed these services may become employees of the Corporation. The Corporation may perform additional administrative services for the Supported Organizations in the future.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJul 1, 2022 – Jun 30, 2023Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$0
