Homeownership Education and Counseling
Home Ownership - offering a panoply of educational seminars, workshops and one-on-one counseling to help individuals and families understand critical components of homeownership, including its financial responsibilities, maintenance and upkeep of a home, and the process and elements of purchasing a home, including consideration of whether home purchase is a prudent choice at this time. NeighborWorks is a HUD-approved counseling agency with HUD licensed counselors on staff. In addition, NeighborWorks is authorized as a mortgage lender to provide lending products to income-qualified clients.
