USING A POSITIVE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT APPROACH, OUR DEDICATED STAFF WORK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH YOUTH TO IDENTIFY THE DEVELOPMENTAL SUPPORTS AND OPPORTUNITIES THAT PROMOTE SUCCESS, RATHER THAN ON ELIMINATING THE FACTORS THAT PROMOTE FAILURE.
