Women's Link is an intersectional feminist, anti-racist, anti-colonial, anti-ableist, and Global South-led organization, working with and for the feminist movement in Latin America and the Caribbean, East Africa, and Europe. We strengthen and transform the feminist strategic litigation ecosystem to break down barriers, challenge oppressive systems, and alter power imbalances by breaking the walls of the legal sphere and bringing in those left out. Central to our method is an intersectional approach to legal strategies that secure rights for women, girls, and gender-diverse people. Our priorities are gender and reproductive justice, especially access to safe and dignified abortion, and prevention of gender-based violence.
