Promoting & Defending Immigrants & Workers Rights,Immigration & workers rights outreach, referrals & case management. As part of the NYC/ IOI Citywide Immigrant Legal Empowerment Consortium (CILEC ) and the NYS Office of New Americans Liberty Defense Project, we do outreach, legal referrals and case management for immigration.Workers and Immigrants RightsOutreached, provided immigration & labor trainings & referrals to legal partners- Takeroot Justice among others. Referred about 90n simmple workers cases and assisted/ referred about 60 complex cases including labor trafficking.NDWA Immigration, NDWA (History-1)Held 6 Know Your Rights Trainings on immigration raids & arrests, collaborated with peer organizations in Queens about immigration rights & protection.
