General Background Information of the organization, Description of program or project to be funded including a budget, how success will be measured and the evaluation process that will be used, the most recent financial statement (Audited, If available), copy of the IRS determination letter verifying tax-exempt status, statement confirming that tax-exempt status has not changed

Any restrictions or limitations on awards, such as by geographical areas, charitable fields, or kinds of institutions

Support is restricted to females sixty years and older who reside in the Newburyport, Newbury, Salisbury Area. The Organization recently voted to include the towns of Merrimac and West Newbury.
