BY STUDYING THE HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT AND THE LESSONS OF THE HOLOCAUST AND OTHER EXAMPLES OF GENOCIDE, STUDENTS MAKE THE ESSENTIAL CONNECTION BETWEEN HISTORY AND THE MORAL CHOICES THEY CONFRONT IN THEIR OWN LIVES.
