GRANTS WILL BE GIVEN TO SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES, CULTRURAL, EDUCATIONAL, ART, COMMUNITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND OTHER PROGRAMS THAT IMPACT THE NEEDS OF THE SALEM FIVE COMMUNITIES.
