Application format and required materials

The student applying for the loan must complete the Pattony Foundation's Educational Loan Application, available upon request. The application requests that students provide their academic transcripts, a letter of reference, financial aid information, a current resume and a 500 word essay.

Submission deadlines
Applications must be received by May 15 for the academic year that begins in the fall.
Any restrictions or limitations on awards, such as by geographical areas, charitable fields, or kinds of institutions

Loan amounts may not exceed $8,000.
