THE PURPOSE IS TO EDUCATE AND ENHANCE ENTREPRENURIAL SKILLS OF AFRICAN-AMERICANS AND SMALL BUSINESSES TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS IN OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT, DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION.
