GRANT APPLICATIONS MUST BE TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE NOT PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS AND MUST BE LOCATED IN BARNSTABLE COUNTY, MASSACHUSETTS OR BENEFIT THE COUNTY.
