A PROPOSAL SHOULD BE IN LETTER FORM AND INCLUDE THE GOALS OBJECTIVES OF THE REQUEST, WITH A PLAN FOR ACCOMPLISHING THE SAME. INCLUDE PROJECT BUDGET AND EVIDENCE OF 501(C)(3).

GRANTS ARE PROVIDED TO HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL AND HUMAN SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE IRS CODE AND BASED IN THE WORCESTER AREA.
