TO PROVIDE FOOD, SHELTER AND TRANSITIONAL LIVING PROGRAMS TO HOMELESS AND UNEMPLOYED MEN AND GIVE THEM REHABILITION AND VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE TO RE-ESTABLISH THEMSELVES IN THE WORKFORCE AND COMMUNITY.
