CIRI ACHIEVES THIS MISSION BY PROVIDING A COMPASSIONATE ARRAY OF HIGH-QUALITY LEGAL, SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING AND BY PROMOTING CROSS CULTURAL UNDERSTANDING AND DECENT TREATMENT FOR ALL.
