Application format and required materials

Applicant should submit in letter form. Letters must be accompanied by their 501 (c)(3) tax exemption letter.The letter must state:The Organization's nameThe Organization's addressThe function of the OrganizationThe reason for the grant requestThe amount requested

Submission deadlines
rolling - payments made December
Any restrictions or limitations on awards, such as by geographical areas, charitable fields, or kinds of institutions

Program grants only, no capital grants. The Foundation does not give to religous affiliated charities.
