The Lillian and Sol Goldman Family Center for Youth and Family promotes the healthy development and growth of children and families. From classes for parents-to-be to extensive after-school activities, the center provides a supportive, non-competitive environment that encourages children and families to reach their maximum potential. The May Center for Health, Fitness & Sport promotes the essential aspects of well-being through all stages of life with emphasis on exercise, healthful living and nutrition. The Centers complex, which includes a 25-yard pool and two gyms, offers 100 fitness classes weekly, expert training and services. The Charles Simon Center for Adult Life and Learning offers a unique blend of social, educational and cultural programs for adults at every stage of their lives. In addition to bringing the worlds finest minds to 92Ys stages in its prestigious 92Y Talks series, the Center offers diverse growth, career development, humanities and language classes. Its Himan Brown Senior Program fosters creativity, lifelong learning, wellness and community for adults over the age of 60.
