    Pendennis is the sole member of Tisbury LLC a disregarded entity. Tisbury is the majority owner of the home of three men with I/DD and acts as the property manager and pays for all maintenance and capital improvements while receiving all rental income. Rental income is provided by the three men from their Social Security Disability Income and their NY State Office for people With Developmental Disabilities housing subsidy.
