THE ORGANIZATIONAL MISSION IS TO PROTECT TENANTS RIGHTS FOR SAFE, DECENT AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING, WITH SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON THOSE WHO HAVE THE GREATEST NEED OR WHO EXPERIENCE SEVERE PROBLEMS, AND TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT AND PRESERVATION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
