PLEASE SEE STATEMENT BELOW- APPLICATIONS MAY BE OBTAINED BY WRITING OR CALLING THE FOUNDATION. APPLICANTS MUST FURNISH THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF THEIR ORGANIZATION, PROOF OF TAX EXEMPT STATUS, A LIST OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, AND A BRIEF BACKGROUND OF THE ORGANIZATION IN ADDITION TO THE PURPOSE OF THE GRANT.

Submission deadlines
NO DEADLINE, BUT AWARDS ARE ONLY MADE ONCE A YEAR.
Any restrictions or limitations on awards, such as by geographical areas, charitable fields, or kinds of institutions

90% OF FUNDING IS ALLOCATED AMONG 9 PRE-SELECTED ORGANIZATIONS: THE ADIRONDACK MUSEUM, THE CHAPMAN MUSEUM, THE CRANDALL LIBRARY, GLENS FALLS HOSPITAL, THE HYDE COLLECTION, WHMT PUBLIC TV, THE SO. ADK INDEPENDENT LIVING CENTER, GREATER ADK HOME AIDES, AND THE LAKE CHAMPLAIN MARITIME MUSEUM. THE REMAINING 10% OF FUNDING IS DEDICATED TO 501(C)(3) ENTITIES LOCATED IN WASHINGTON CO, NY. GENERAL FUNDING APPLICATION ARE ONLY ACCEPTED UNDER THESE CONDITIONS.
