Since 1939, the American Civic Association (ACA) has been a lifeline for immigrants and refugees settling across New York’s Southern Tier. As the only nonprofit in our region offering high-quality, DOJ-accredited immigration legal services, we assist newcomers with a broad spectrum of critical needs—from legal filings and federal agency navigation to employment support and community integration.
