AIDS COMMUNITY RESOURCES, INC. D/B/A ACR HEALTH, IS A COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATION PROVIDING PREVENTION, EDUCATION, AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH CHRONIC ILLNESSES, INCLUDING HIV/AIDS, AND THOSE AT RISK FOR CONTRACTING HIV, STDS, AND HEPATITIS INFECTIONS. THE AGENCY HELPS CREATE SAFE SPACES FOR PEOPLE BY OFFERING TAILORED EDUCATION AND SUPPORT SYSTEMS FOR MARGINALIZED POPULATIONS, SUCH AS LGBTQ INDIVIDUALS AND PEOPLE WHO USE DRUGS, IN ORDER TO HELP INDIVIDUALS GAIN ACCESS TO AND FULLY UTILIZE/NAVIGATE HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS.
