Mission Statement
ROME COMMUNITY THEATER IS DEDICATED TO ENRICHING THE COMMUNITY THROUGH CAPTIVATING THEATER PRODUCTIONS FOR THE LOCAL AUDIENCES. IN ADDITIONTO OUR MAINSTAGE PERFORMANCES, WE RUN A TRANSFORMATIVE THEATER WORKSHOP DURING THE SUMMERS. THIS PROGRAM IMMERSES CHILDREN AGED 6 TO 16 TO THE WORLD OF THEATER. OFFERING THEM VALUABLE TRAINING AND HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN ACTING, STAGECRAFT, AND PRODUCTION. OUR COMMITMENT TO FOSTERING CREATIVITY AND TALENT IN YOUTH PERFORMERS IS AT THE HEART OF OUR MISSION TO CULTIVATE A VIBRANT ARTS CULTURE WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY.
