The Trustees have sole and absolute discretion with respect to grants. Requests for grants may be made at any time by submitting a letter application to the Trustees at the Foundation's address.

The Trustees intentions are to concentrate on organizations that are devoted to education, medicine, social welfare, arts, historic preservation, religion and the environment.
