St. Joseph's Center Auxiliary was formed to solicit, collect, hold, or distribute property, real or otherwise, for the benefit of St. Joseph's Center, a non-profit institution founded by the Congregation of Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The Auxiliary has an independent Board of Directors who manage its affairs.
